Our Caramels are made

with tremendous attention to detail.

Made in very small batches, in a copper pot, with real butter and no preservatives.  The real secret is the fact that we use imported pure vanilla and fleur del sel.....not the frequently found, watered down, "pure" vanilla.

Each piece is then wrapped and tied like a present.
