Prices
are in US dollars
If you select a
delivery date that is not possible with the shipping service level you
select we will either change the delivery date to match the available
dates for that service level or contact you to see if you prefer to
upgrade your shipping option..
The shipping address is
your responsibility, if it is not correct or complete your delivery will
be delayed, and may result in additional charges for address correction
and redelivery. Common problems include: missing Suite/Apartment number,
incorrect street address, zip code/postal code or missing company name.
Refunds will not be
given for packages not delivered due to invalid addresses causing delay in
delivery or incorrect information
We do everything in our power to make sure that your order arrives in
perfect condition. If the shipment arrives damaged please contact us
immediately so that we may investigate and possibly make amends for the
situation.
Shipments delayed due to weather related problems ,terrorism, acts of war,
security concerns, natural or man made disasters are beyond the scope of
our guarantee. Please remember that these types delays may happen at any
point during transit, for example: a blizzard in New York or Pennsylvania
could effect a shipment to Florida.
If business closes early and the shipper can not deliver the package as
scheduled this is outside the scope of the warranty. Orders to Military
bases, Government buildings ,secure facilities, gated communities, secure
apartment complexes, and other delivery address that have security may
result in delivery delays.
If you have chosen to ship by air mail or courier ground, shipments are
sent without the need for a signature at delivery. The driver/mailperson
may leave the packages unattended at the address if the area is secure in
their judgment. In some areas apartments and homes are not considered
secure and this decision is made by the delivering driver without
exception. If you are concerned that the address you are shipping to may
not be secure or that inclement weather (rain, snow, extreme heat or cold)
may affect an unattended package, please give the recipient advance notice
so that they can arrange to be home or provide you with a more suitable
address.
Since the package is being sent as 'signature release' (with the exception
of express deliveries) you are waiving any rights to a signature proof of
delivery that may be requested by some banks/payment processors, the
tracking notice will serve as proof of delivery.
Our items are not returnable nor refundable as they have been made
expressly for you.
If the items have been
damaged in shipping, then that is another story all together, refunds or
replacements at that point is something we a more than happy to do.
You will need to notify us within 2 days of receipt and provide photos of the original box and it's contents as
well as the damaged items within 7 days of receipt of package. We will quickly assess the images you
send us and get back to you with possible solutions.
We can count on
one hand how many times our items arrived damaged in 20 years of business.
They are well packaged but on the very rare occurrence, damage can happen.
If you need to change
or cancel your order and the item/items have not been shipped yet, no
problem....except if it is a custom design and/or cookies and we've
begun the production of them already. If we have not
begun to create your custom design or your cookie creations, then we are
happy to change or refund your order.
Packaging may vary.
Coupons and Discount codes must be supplied at time of order and can not
be applied to pre-existing orders.
All e-mail changes to an order or status requests must reference the order
number of the order to be changed/researched.
All claims regarding a shipment must be made within two weeks of the
shipment date.
All fees related to collection or chargeback/reversals or similar
transactions, when the reason is covered in the terms and conditions of
the site, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Home Sweet Home shall not be responsible or liable, directly or
indirectly, for any damages or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or
in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or
services available on or through this site or resource.
All correspondence will be via e-mail, all rights to other methods of
correspondence are waived. Access to Home Sweet Home Inc. (sugarcubes.ca)
and its content is provided without charge to users by Home Sweet Home
inc. "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind. Home Sweet Home (sugarcubes.ca)
shall bear no responsibility or liability for any damages of any kind
arising out of, or in connection with the use of the content from Home
Sweet Home (sugarcubes.ca).
In no case is Home Sweet Home Inc (sugarcubes.ca) liable for more than the
amount of the order. These terms and conditions apply to this and all

send out 2 promotional emails per year and we never sell share your
information with other companies. This means, spam you receive
from other online business did not come from us.

We do not share your

parties.
If purchasing items
online, you will be directed to the Paypal website which is completely
separate from our company and extremely secure in our opinion. We
excel in creating tiny little confections, Paypal excels in secure
online transactions.
Paypal will require
you to submit your address, email and phone number as well as payment
information. They also have a very strict privacy policy we
encourage you to read.
Corrections
If you would
like to update or correct information previously provided to us, please
send an e-mail with your new information, including your complete name,
postal address, and email address to

If you would like
notice of changes to the Privacy Policy or Terms of Use prior to their
taking effect (or upon taking effect, if effective immediately), email
